

ABOUT ME
I’ve been in the fitness industry for almost 15 years - and my relationship with health hasn’t always been easy. I’ve been through binge eating, restriction, body image struggles & the kind of overtraining that leaves you disconnected from your body and your life.
Nowadays, I focus on strength, nervous system support and movement that enhances the way I live. I’m passionate about helping other women shift away from extremes, rewrite old patterns and create a version of fitness that feels good and lasts.

WHY I DO IT
I believe fitness should feel like a return to yourself - not a punishment or a performance.
There’s so much noise in the health space telling you to go harder, do more, be better.
But real transformation comes when you slow down, listen in and build from a place of self-respect. As your coach, I’m here to help you simplify the process, reconnect with your energy, and feel strong - inside and out.

MY MISSION
My mission is to help women become strong, confident and connected to their bodies - for life.
Not through extremes or rigid plans - but through balance, freedom and fun! I envision a world where women no longer tie their worth to their size, weight or willpower… but instead build strength from a place of ease, empowerment and intention.
Fitness shouldn’t take over your life - it should support it. It’s not just about living long ...it’s about living well.

Jardan has the ability to make the session feel incredibly fun, motivates you with a minimum of fuss and I am doing exercises I never thought I could do.
After 8 months, my flexibility, agility and strength has improved so much more than I would have imagined and I feel so much better for it.
I am also able to do sessions by myself with confidence using the programs she has created for me
